1) Overview and acceptance

By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Return and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2) Eligibility and account

You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity on your account.

3) Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or reject any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing/stock errors, or policy violations. If we cancel after charging you, we will refund you in full.

4) Pricing, currency and taxes

Prices and availability may change without notice. Charges are processed in the currency shown at checkout. If your card issuer uses a different currency, it may apply its own exchange rate and fees. Prices typically exclude customs, duties and import taxes for international orders (see our Shipping Policy).

5) Payment and screening

Payments are processed by one or more third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers. Transactions may require 3D Secure authentication. Installments, where offered, are provided by issuing banks and may not be available for all cards or products. You authorize us and our processors to charge your selected method for the order total, taxes, shipping and applicable fees.

6) Shipping, delivery and risk of loss

Options, fees and delivery estimates are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Unless you expressly agree to a longer period, delivery will occur within 30 days of order confirmation. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to you or your designated recipient (if you arrange your own carrier, risk may pass at hand-off to that carrier). We are not liable for delays outside our control, including customs and carrier disruptions.

7) Returns, withdrawals and RMAs

Returns are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. For statutory 14-day withdrawals where applicable, you may notify us by email without an RMA. Using our RMA and provided label helps correct routing and, where applicable, ensures we cover return shipping.

8) Prohibited uses

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by violating laws, infringing intellectual property, interfering with security or networks, reselling products without authorization, or submitting false, misleading or harmful content.

9) Intellectual property

All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, images, software) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable laws. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

10) User content (reviews and comments)

If you submit content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce and display that content for marketing and operational purposes, subject to applicable laws. We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms.

11) Third-party services

The Site is hosted by Shopify and may integrate third-party services (for example, payment and logistics). We are not responsible for third-party sites or services.

12) Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

13) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our directors, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues or data, arising from your use of the Site or products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

14) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

15) Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. Courts of İstanbul (Central) have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence (including the right to apply to local Consumer Arbitration Boards where applicable).

16) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the effective date.
