Processing and dispatch

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12:00 (TRT) are typically processed the same day. Other orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding holidays). Pre-order or custom items may require extra time shown on the product page. Dispatch origin is Türkiye and selected partner warehouses worldwide. In all cases, delivery will occur within 30 days of order confirmation unless you expressly agree to a longer period.

Shipping methods and estimates

Options and prices are shown at checkout. Typical transit times after dispatch:

• Türkiye (domestic): 1 to 3 business days
• International Standard: 7 to 15 business days
• International Expedited (where available): 3 to 7 business days

Actual delivery times depend on destination, carrier and customs.

Tracking

We send a tracking link by email or SMS when your order ships. Tracking may take 24 to 48 hours to update.

Shipping fees

Calculated at checkout based on destination and volumetric weight. Any free-shipping thresholds or promotions appear at checkout.

Customs, duties and taxes (international orders)
